Does Kaplan ACT On Demand Course work?

I currently have a 29 on the ACT and will be retaking it in September after studying the PR book and doing some practice tests in PR and the Real ACT. This week is my mega practice test week where I'll be cranking out all of the practice tests left (about 4...). I am hoping to get 31+. But if I don't get this score on my next try, does anyone have experience with the Kaplan ACT On Demand Course-does it help with improving your score 31+?
