IUB, Agnes Scott or uga

Hey so I have a huge dilemma. I am stuck between 3 really good colleges and I am only a junior. I know, "you have all the time to think about colleges" and I don't want to hear it, I get it enough from my mother.*
So the 3 schools are Indiana university, Agnes Scott, and university of Georgia.*
I want to go into consulting and each school has something Somewhat relatable.*IU has Economic consulting, Agnes scott has a dual degree program with Georgia tech so I would major in Econ then go to tech and major in industrial engineering. And at uga I would major in business Econ with an international business co-major. So what school do you guys think is better academically and which program would you believe would leave me off better for consulting and just better off overall.
One important factor for the schools would be financial aid and I live in Georgia so uga would be the cheapest off the back because of hope but I don't know what the other schools aid is like.*I am aware of IU's merit scholarships and I already qualify for 3 of them so I don't know how much that would cover and same for Agnes Scott.*
Another important aspect is internships. One of the reasons why I like Agnes Scott is because it's so close to Atlanta while uga and IU has a college town, so if anyone has any opinion about how the job aspect is at the other school.*
Also, what the schools are like socially, I know IU and uga are party animals at football games and frat parties but aside from that why is it like? And I heard Agnes Scott social life kinda sucks if you don't go to Atlanta.
So if anyone can give me their opinion for which school they think is better, their experiences and tips about choosing a school, thank you.

One of the three schools involves engineering. The other ones your choices are not engineering or science based. Are you prepared to do all the science and math necessary for an engineering degree? If so, Agnes Scott would be a very good choice. If not, I don't think Agnes Scott/Georgia Tech degree would work.

I am very prepared for the math and science, I initially wanted to go to Georgia tech but decided to view other options for consulting and I think the dual degree would be better than 1.

Agnes Scott and UGA are very, very different. If you want to party, love the idea of Greek Life, don't mind teaching assistants teaching your freshman classes and think huge is GREAT even if that means that you don't have as many opportunities because there are only just so many to go around then UGA is your school.

If you want a great degree that will ensure you a job after graduation, think interships are important, like the idea of PhDs teaching all your classes, want more opportunities available to you, are more interested in learning and creating something than partying...then Agnes Scott/Tech is for you.

There is a social life at Agnes Scott if you seek it out. The women are welcoming and there are many activities - often with Tech guys or guys from other colleges.

Have you considered GT's Management Program? It is equivalent to UGA's business degree, and can allow you to do some of the international business things you mentioned. The Management program at Tech is very well respected nationally. Tech is a very different school from UGA. Also, it's a state school, so HOPE will pay your tuition.

You can't wrong with a Tech degree.
