Are NY State Regents tests even glanced upon for admissions?

The reason I am asking is because I did extremely well.

Earth Science: 98
Biology: 97
Chemistry: 100
Physics: 95

Global History: 98
US History: 98

Spanish Regents: 100

Math A:90
Math B:85

Well, I'm class of 2010. My scores:

    Earth Science: 99
    Biology: 96
    Physics: 72

    World History: 100
    US History: 98

    Spanish: 100
    English: 99

    Math A: 93
    Math B: 78

Needless to say, my majors are in the humanities, lol.

I'm going to assume not really... I'm from NYS too. They're just standard "you pass high school" tests.
