Taking AP Physics I but might take Physics C: E&M test

So I took the AP Physics C: Mechanics exam last year without taking the class (and passed it), but I don't have the one year of physics that some colleges require. The only physics class that is offered at my school is AP Physics 1 for this year, so I decided to take it. However, I don't want to spend money on the Physics 1 test, and I'd rather take C:E&M. If colleges were to see this on my application, how would they respond (btw I'm self studying E&M)?
