Question About Difficulty of AP English Language

SAT4BreakfastSAT4Breakfast Registered User Posts: 78 Junior Member
So recently my teacher has been giving us "official" practice for the AP English Language exam. The thing is, these test sections all seem harder and more archaic than the ones I see in, say Princeton Review or Barron's. Are said review books just easier and are these "official" archaic texts and questions what I will expect on the AP? Here's a link to a section I was given by my teacher: http://www.bths.edu/ourpages/auto/2009/3/29/42242041/Robert Stevenson.pdf
