AP Lit vs SAT Lit Subject Test

Hey--

I have to self-study for AP Lit because my school is pretty ineffective. But I don't really know what to study, other than making sure I have a bank of books and ideas to draw on for my essays. Is the MC like the SAT Subject Test MC? I got an 800, so should that give me confidence for a 5?

I don't know about AP lit, but a lot of subject tests aren't very similar to their corresponding APs. I took AP bio last year and didn't study extra for the subject test since I thought studying for the AP would be enough, but they were very different and I ended up getting a not-so-great score on the subject test.
