Is Khan Academy a good resource for self-studying AP Microeconomics?

I was wondering if Khan Academy's AP Microeconomics is actually effective preparation for the test. I plan on self-studying mostly the lessons on Khan, then using the 5 Steps to a 5 AP Micro book once I've finished all of the lessons. Would this be enough preparation to possibly get at least a 3 on the exam?
