College websites frequently talk about how you must get an official score report sent in for ACT/SAT scores, because just telling them is not enough. Is it necessary that I report my scores to colleges, or can I just tell them my scores? I can't find anything on any of the college websites, and collegeboard's is rather vague on the subject.
