Class Waitlists

A few of the classes I need are full.

1) Is there any kind of waitlist I can sign up on? Can you please explain the process. And does the waitlist work well, or is it not even worth it?

2) If there's not a waitlist, how can I get in if a class opens up? Do I just need to check the online schedule of classes each day and pray for an opening?

There is no waitlist. You have to hope that a spot opens up. It sucks, I know.

You can also schedule an appointment with your adviser, and if it's a critical class, sometimes they'll allow you to get an override. It could easily not happen though.
