Is Barrett Honors College worth it?

In college im looking to have fun, but still get a good education.
I dont want to be too stressed out in homework to where i cant even do other activities such as basketball, or football games, or even parties.

I plan on sudying kinesiology. I have a 3.8 weighted, 4.2 weighted. 1790 SAT, 29 ACT.
I am not sure if studying this at the barretts honors college is too hard?
Also, what are the benefits of this honors program? Thanks.

Well, first of all if you are planning on studying kinesiology ASU is not the school for you. That major is no longer recognized and they have cut all funding.

That aside, possibly. Coming from a current Barrett student, good grades are not enough. Plenty of people apply with strong academics. Focus on the essay and your extracurricular.
