Chances of Getting accepted into ASU, exploratory major in social sciences

I applied to ASU for the 2013 fall semester as a transfer student only after one year of community college so i would hopefully be transferring in as a sophmore. I was "provisionally accepted" as a senior out of highschool last year but decided to save some money and do a year of community college. I reapplied (exploratory in social science and behavior) and hold at 2.5 gpa after my first semester in college and did well on mid-term grades. My SAT scores where a couple hundred points above the average for out of state accpeted students. So i was wondering what my chances are of getting accpted with all things considered. Thanks for your help
