3.38 g.p.a in honors classes
21 act

good ec's, athletics for a couple years, some awards, etc.

    If you have above a 3.0 you are guaranteed admission.

    You should be OK as long as you apply sooner rather than later since you are out-of-state. (Due to rolling admissions and priority for in-state students, the later you apply, the less room there is for OOS.)

    You seem to meet ASU's admission requirements for OOS, which are: 3.0 GPA in core competency classes (take out PE and such) OR top 25% of your class OR minimum ACT score of 22 OR minimum SAT score of 1110 (without writing).
