Baylor Med?

Hi! My name is Kaitlyn and I'm currently a junior going to a small high school in Missouri. I was just looking into the Baylor^2 program. How competitive is it? Is anyone currently within the program that could speak about their experiences at Baylor? I'm also just wondering if this is a realistic program for me, so I've attached my stats below. Thanks so much!

ACT: 32 in one sitting, planning to take again
GPA: 3.9 unweighted, 4.25 weighted
ECs: Varsity volleyball (3 years), club volleyball, Mercy Medical Explorers (around 50 hours right now of shadowing), Cox shadowing (set up on my own, about 20 hours so far), MAHEC ACES (medical program), GOCAPS (another medical program during school), DECA (director of missions, won district and am going to state in my event), FBLA (3rd in my district, going to state in my event), NHS, Foreign Language Club (secretary), biology tutor, Prom Committee, decent amount of volunteer service

@cook10 I only made it through the first round this year, I just did not have the research experience they wanted. If you are interested in it, definitely get shadowing and research experience and do well in the interviews if you get invited
