What are the chances of getting accepted? How long for a response?

I'm applying to Baylor on Aug. 1
I went on a campus tour, have a 3.9 GPA and sent in my ACT score of 26. I took all the required classes, but none were AP. I have a recommendation letter from the CEO of a local company that I worked alongside for the summer.I also did a paid internship that aligns with what I want to study at school. I did clubs, sports, and had job throughout high school. I know what will hurt me will be the classes I took.
What are my chances of getting in? And around what time would I get an answer?

I think you need to boost your ACT score like around 29-30. Otherwise, rest of your applicant look fine. I hope you accepted to Baylor/
