Asking for More Money

I am going to the admitted students day for the College of Arts and Sciences April 13th. We requested an appointment with a financial aid counselor and hope to update our award based on the current years accurate tax info (not estimates anymore), as well as discuss methods of paying for the education.

We would also like to ask for a little bit more money, as we are just a few thousand dollars short of being able to attend. Does BU consider these requests and ever actually give any more money? Or is that highly unlikely?

They do consider the requests/appeals. They are not known for giving alot of money. We appealed, late, last year and received an additional $1,000.00. We were told that the appeal awards ranged from 500.00 to 2,000.00. Good Luck.
