Is getting into SAR as easy as CAS?

Hi there!
I'm interested in pre-med and love the small Sargent College (Human Phys. Major). I don't want to major in biology, and I really like this major (and the SAR school in general)!
My only question: Is the Sargent College harder to get into than CAS? I know I could probably get into CAS because usually 30-50 students each year are accepted from my school, but I don't want to risk being completely rejected because I applied to a different school :(

I don't mind CAS but I love a more specialized school like SAR
If it is much harder, is it easy to switch colleges as soon as I'm a freshman?

If you need basic stats:
UW: 3.75/4.0
W: 4.0
Class does not rank
SAT: 2130 (670 CR, 770 M, 690 W)
Math2 : 730 Bio M: 750
I have a lot of ECs, many are science/math related and community/school involved
APs: Bio (4), Lang (4), Calc AB (5), Stat and Lit have not been announced yet.
