Chances of getting into Brandeis with a bad GPA in 9th and 10th grade

What are my chances of getting into Brandeis next fall with a GPA of 3.00 in 9th and 10th grade, but a 3.96 in 11th and 12th grade?
SAT is 1510. Also, if my school doesn't offer AP or IB, will that be a deal-breaker? I took college prep courses in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Math, if that makes a difference.
EC's include all girls choir for 5 years, after-school Chinese classes my school offers - 2 years (also taking Japanese and Spanish classes), Drama class for 1 year, a Media Composition club for 2 years, and a leader of a Geography club for kids from 4th till 9th grade.
I've been volunteering at an organization that protects children from domestic violence for 1 year (around 300 hours), and a volunteer at a Light Festival that happens in my city every year.
Won 3rd place in a Japanese speech contest.
I am not from the US so I would be an international student needing financial aid, I realize that is important since Brandeis is need aware.
My recommendations would be great, and the essay would be fairly decent as well since I'm quite keen on writing.
Thank you for the responses!
