Recruited athlete needing Ivy financial aid match

DD is recruited athlete considering (and being considered by) Harvard, Princeton, and Brown (1st choice). Both H and P, cost calculators show low net cost (under 15k), as they do not consider our home equity. However, same income numbers on B calculator shows zero $ grants, as B clearly calculates-in our home equity. DD has made unofficial visits to all three, and is a good match (fingers-crossed) both athletically and academically for all three. She will obtain fin-aid pre-reads for all three before her official visits, expecting similar results form the calculators. If B offers her a spot, and then clears her for ED, will B be able to match the H and/or P fin-aid numbers? I cannot get an answer from B fin-aid office on this, and have scoured CC threads, so any experience on this greatly appreciated!
