Brown LOCI

okay so I'm probably overthinking and stressing but it is what it is. sorry to contribute to the excess of paranoid posts.

SO I emailed in my LOCI for brown early feb after being deferred from ED and did not receive a confirmation email. At the same time (i.e same day and relative time in the afternoon) my college counselor emailed an additional letter of rec from a different teacher (had needed it for another app) and they *much* later received a small 'thanks' kind of email.

I had some really important updates in my LOCI that I think could really help my application. My counselor said I probably shouldn't worry and I shouldn't really ask for confirmation that my email was received since the other brown defers from my school physically mailed their LOCI and I don't want to seem pushy.

Now it's definitely too late to ask if they read it and I'm losing my fragile grip on sanity.

I'm basically looking for any advice, support, comments, and/or reality checks on my situation

TL;DR: Brown didn't respond to my LOCI but responded to an additional letter of rec from my college counselor. Do I just assume they read it and chose not to respond or did it go to spam and should I frantically do something about it?

My suggestion is to not worry about things you can't.change. Assume the letter was read and move on.
