Brown says that you can't apply ED if you do any Early Action or non-binding Early Decision at another school. However, UMich just created Early Response this year. Does anyone know if you can do UMich Early Response and Brown ED?

If it's like rolling decision, maybe. How does it work? Your best bet is to call admissions and ask them.

Yes, it is just rolling admission with a guaranteed answer by December 21 if you apply by October 31. There were very significant delays with admissions decisions last year.
