Brown is far more prestigious and selective.

I actually chose between those two schools. Obviously, I picked Brown, but I still have the utmost respect for Gtown, seeing as to it was my first choice for a while and that I only applied to Brown on a whim after getting accepted EA to Gtown.

What personally did it for me was the liberal/open minded atmosphere. Other factors were a happier and more integrated student body. Just walking around campus, I felt a different vibe.

The only thing that kept me from making the decision right away was the FLL (Faculty of Language and Linguistics, part of The College). It was so well organized and seemed to have everything I wanted, but I also didn't like the idea of being trapped in one area.

If you have any specific questions in particular, shoot me a PM!
