Double major

I am currently a Freshman in college and am taking the following courses. Calc 1. Early American History, Basic English, Basic Chemistry, and an Intro ME/AE class. Currently I am declared as an aerospace engineer, but I am thinking of switching my major. I am thinking of switching it to a major in Business, Government(Political Science) with a minor in History. Is this going to be possible, how hard will it be, and how long will it take me to do it? Any advice or input would be great!! Thanks!
Could I do it in four years?
