Should I transfer out?

I'm a student at UCR right now (business major), and was wondering if I ought to transfer out, hell, wondering if I have a chance of transferring out..

I turned down UCI last year because I was told that an econ major wouldn't do me well, and I didn't if a degree in business at Cal Poly Pomona wouldve helped.

I have a 3.0 GPA and I worked a part-time job the past year, with not much else to say, but I'm entering my 2nd year so I'm guessing there's still time to do something..

Well thanks anyways, just looking for suggestions and opinions.
