edited April 2007 in Business Major
Hey I was doing research on business field majors and I noticed that many UCs only offer a Business Economics major. How is this different than economics and is it related to finance? I want to hopefully later work in consulting or stock brokering.

It's just a blend on econ and business. UCLA has a top notch bizecon program and is great for a person interested in finance. I'm pretty sure UCSB has a great bizecon major as well.
