UCSB Business

Hi I know that the Big Four recruit heavily from UCSB, but I was wondering why. UCSB doesn't have an official accounting major, only an "emphasis on accounting". Which would be better--getting a bachelors in accounting from another school, or only an emphasis in accounting but have a high chance of being recruited?
