MBA VS Dual Degree (MBA + BS in Bio)

I am interested in pursing a dual degree program, I found a couple at University of Texas at Arlington. Bachelors in Biology/MBA and Bachelors of Biology/Masters in Healthcare Administration. The latter is my ultimate career goal but first I was wondering which of these is better. I also heard that the 5 year MBA programs aren't received well by potential employers for some reason, and I don't see anything like these degrees at any of the bigger school I would prefer to go to. A dual degree in 5 years just seems logical and more efficient than 4 years doing a bachelors degree. (I have about 2 years of coursework done)

Does anyone know of anything similar in the state of Texas, any input on the above questions would be greatly appreciated!
