Relevant Work Experience

I am still in the stages of considering getting an MBA.

Is it worth my time and money?

I would like to eventually become Director of Human Resources or Recruitment or Training for my company. These are all areas I excel in.

I have an unrelated BFA and 6 years experience in leadership positions in my company (which is retail).

Is it naive of a retail Store Manager to attempt to get an MBA?

I make 52k now and I owe 80k in student loans from undergrad. My company will not foot the bill for my continued education.
