The CSU once again had a record number of applicants for the Fall 2013 school year. Cal Poly Pomona had an 11.4 percentage increase from the year before. That's a higher percentage than many of the top Cal State Campuses including:

Cal Poly SLO 9.4
San Diego 6.0
Fullerton 3.5
Long Beach 2.8
San Jose 9.9
CSUN 4.7
San Francisco 11.2

Yeah, the competition is definitely hectic. There have been some rumors that CSU might only allow transfers in the upcoming years, but I have yet to see a source that confirms that. It's just scary to think about.

@franco101, I doubt that would happen. I see the reverse maybe happening. Otherwise, who would live in the dorms?
