How far will this stuff really take me?

I'm just wondering how much credit i really get for being
Cuban,
First Generation College,
and in need (Fafsa "EFC" of 0.)

here are some stats:
In state
I applied with a CSU gpa of somewhere between 3.48 and 3.6
I applied to Business Admin
and an SAT of 1200/1600 (math and CR)
i have lots of various EC.
a decent amount of major related hours work per week
150 hours of community service,
graduating with 350 units
and that's it?

i would just like to get a "chance", and some honest feedback on how I am going to do, i have not heard anything yet, still says "no determination"

and i would like to know how important those first 3 things are in the selection process

let me know if there is anything more info i can supply

THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!
