How to get your Application Rescended?

Is the only way to get your admission rescended by getting a D your senior year? I already got in on ED but at the moment I have all B's in my classes (5 AP's 1 non-AP). Is that bad? I'll end the semester with like a 3.8 but would that look negative for Cal Poly and risk getting my admissions rescended?
