Have you visited SLO ? unreal place to live if you like nice weather, beaches and the outdoors and Cal Poly is a great place. Ever been to Indiana in January?

Is there a certain criteria for selecting recipients?

Yeah Ive visted SLO...nice small college town. Im really not sure if I want to stay out west for a higher education, so at this point im just wating to see if Im going to recieve any additional scholarships to sway my decision. I realize the weather isnt the greatest out in Indiana, im used to pretty harsh winters anyway (not as cold, but the sierras get plenty of snow). As far as the scholarship criteria goes Im not too sure..I would be interested to find out though!

I didn't get any, clrlake, do you have a lot of community service hours? I'm an ME with 4.00 GPA, and 1400 SATs.

I have almost 120 hours, but after calling the Fin. Aid department, and finding out that Poly doesnt grant any large renewable scholarships really dissapointed me. I guess that ill be taking freshman engineering at Purdue rather than Honors ME Eng. at Cal Poly.
