Cal Poly and the Economy

I was very interested in attending Cal Poly in the fall, and it was my first choice school, but since California's economic situation I have been unsure about attending. I do not want to attend the school and feel short changed because of budgets cuts and reducing the number staff members. I was wondering if anyone had any insight into what Cal Poly might be experiencing, and their status with budget cuts, ect. I am out of state, so some of this information is a little harder for me to get.
Thanks
