Applying to SFSU as a non-local

Hi! I want to apply to SFSU, however I am not in their local counties, thus I do not have priority. Also, I want to apply to an impacted major. I was wondering if I still had a chance of being accepted there? I have a 3.83 GPA and 1830 SAT, if that helps. Thanks!
