CSULB transfer missing one major requirement

Alright so I'm hoping someone could shed some light on my situation because im not sure about it. So i am a transfer student, chemical engineering major, applying for the fall semester at CSULB, and other CSU's but I'm most concerned about L.B. So here is my question, what are my chances of getting accepted if I'm missing one major pre-req? I'm only missing physics I, but I have taken or will take everything else. I will have over 60 units and will have all the IGETC courses done and have about a 3.3 GPA. Here is the kicker, i will be taking a physics course but i don't think its considered to be physics I like they want. I have also taken o-chem I & II. How bad is it if I'm missing one major pre-req, will it affect my chances??
