high SAT but low ACT

Will colleges take the higher school if I send both the ACT and SAT? I got a 2200 on the SAT but a 30 on the ACT. I am planning to take the ACT again since I'm not happy with my score, but it is too late to cancel the 30 score. I really regret sending the ACT to the colleges I chose. Will the low ACT score affect my admissions greatly? If it helps, I'm hoping to go to UCLA or UCSD.

The UC's will take the highest test score from a single sitting so they will take your SAT score of 2200 for consideration.
