Is Fresno State really known for its Criminal Justice program?

I know they have a lab but the career I want does not involve lab work. For example, I want to work at a juvenile hall and become a probation officer.... I'm debating between Fresno State and SDSU but people say Fresno State is well regarded for its criminal justice program... so is SDSU a bad choice then? Help, ASAP. I got into both schools by the way.
