Is it hard to get into CSULB for healthcare administration major?

I currently applying to transfer to CSU for healthcare administration. CSULB is my first choice. I want to know if the major is impacted and is it hard to get in consider my stats. If anyone is in healthcare administration plan to apply or have been admitted to the program, please share your opinion and experience with me. Thank you.

Here is my stats:
Overall GPA: 3.78
Prerequisites: will complete in Fall 2018. I also plan to take additional course that CSULB required in Spring 2019 which is IS 223 (computer system and applications). Futhermore, I did not plan to take Business Calculus which is a recommendation from the department. Do you guys think will I be okay of I not take Business Cal? I already ask my counselor and they said that I don’t need to take it since it is just a recommendation.
Golden 4: completed A,B,A,B
Local: No, Garden Grove

I applied to HCA as well, I heard it should be easy to get into and I've heard different things like HCA is impacted and it isn't. I have a 3.4 so I believe you'll get in with your GPA!
