I haven't taken any foreign language courses???

I just decided to apply to the US a year ago so I hadn't taken any foreign languages after Grade 10 French! But it turns out that US schools have course requirements over all of your high school credits? I'm gonna be applying to Penn, MIT, and Cornell, and someone told me that they require three years of foreign language or something. Should I just not even bother applying because I don't have the courses to fulfill the requirements? Would it help that I took the Chinese SAT last week (which I should have done pretty well on)??

Thanks in advance.
