I am very interested in the MD/MHA dual degree program, simply because I am hoping to pursue a career in hospital/healthcare management. Would this be a wise program to pursue?

yes, it would be a wise degree to get if you were interested in working in hospital management.

I suggest you check out this website: http://www.cahme.org/ for more information on nationally-accredited programs. Note this organization accredits specific programs, not necessarily every program at a given college.

Check out the most recent issue of "The New Physician" the magazine put out by the American Medical Student Association. They have an article on this sort of thing. Haven't read it, but I think it might be helpful.
