What is the best Medical School for a profession in Neurological Surgery? What is the best Internship program for this area as well? Lastly, what is the best undergraduate major for this area?

Major in anything you want in Undergrad. In med school do REALLY well on your boards. Get a really good residency, and become chief resident. Then you can worry about getting a fellowship in neurosurg.

Neurosurgery is a straight-up residency (not a fellowship). It is 5-6 years long and is highly competitive.

My bad, always thought it was a fellowship.
