Physics PhD waitlist

I feel hopeful that I might still have a chance, given that financial info have been given out in my waitlist letter. $2,375/month.

But do Carnegie Mellon's physics department hand out financial info to all waitlistees or just to the topmost few (i.e. the short waitlist)?
