There are two options under "Separate from need-based financial aid, which of the following programs are you interested in pursuing to help fund your education at Carnegie Mellon University?". You can either choose from "applying to merit-based scholarship programs" or "not applicable".

I tried to find info on the school website about who are eligible for those programs, but I couldn`t find anything. I`m an international student, so which option should I choose for the question?

There is also another question asking about "As an international student, would you require a merit scholarship?". I selected Yes. Do I need to submit anything like a form or something to be considered for that?
