Lets track Case Early Action acceptances starting next week. They were saying Dec 17th earlier but they just updated it to Dec 19th. I know last year, they pushed it by a couple of days and this year they've already pushed it. Let's see what happens. Good Luck to everyone! Please include:

GPA Wt & UWt/Class Rank
OOS/In State
Merit Scholarship, if any

My son applied EA to Case. However, we still have the NCP CSS outstanding. We are currently trying to submit NCP CSS Profile Waiver documentation. Will we get a decision still when Case releases EA results? Or will the application be considered incomplete and we will not get a decision?

See the "Notification Date" under "Early Action" on Case's website:

My son also received an email on that.

"We will send Early Action applicants an email providing a link to the secure webpage with their admission status. We will begin sending notifications on Thursday, Dec. 19, beginning at 8:30 p.m. EST."

    ACT: 33
    Major: Nursing

I think they like demonstrated interest, but I’m too far from Ohio to do anything beyond email admissions officers.

Accepted. And was awarded a 20k per year for 8 semester scholarship.

    Act: 36

    Physics: 740
4.3 W GPA (3.75 UW) Extremely rigorous course load

I literally showed no demonstrated interest except talking to a Coach. I guess they really liked my application, I even got a personal "PS" note at the end.

34 ACT (only took it once), 4.0 unweighted/4.55 weighted, 10 APs, All State Dance, worked in summer for major research university’s engineering think tank.

Down side: she’s Asian and lives in an area with great public schools and that sends lots of people to Case.

Wondering how she should supplement her application.

    Accepted EA!!

I'm assuming for Engineering Physics, my first choice major....do they usually say what major you've been accepted into?

    SAT: 1540
    ACT: 35
    Weighted GPA: 99.7
Decent extracurriculars....honestly nothing special though. At the end of my acceptance letter tho, it was like 'P.S. I love the idea of Calm Club. Perhaps you can start it at CWRU!' like do they always put personal things???
    AP World (5) APUSH (5) AP Physics 1 (4)
    Physics (740) Math II (800)
