Best/Worst Dorms?

What is the best and worst house for freshmen? Does anyone know?

    You don't really have much choice as a freshman. It's all randomly assigned, but it's really not much of an issue. For the most part, all of the freshmen dorms are the same and only vary in distance from the academic buildings.

    nitpick: the layouts for Pierce and Hitchcock are noticably different then that of the other dorms (quads versus rows) which means some of the room dimensions are slightly different. If you land in one of the two you have a chance of getting a single as a frosh and one in five of those rooms is slightly bigger then the average room on campus. Also has more lounge space per floor.
    But then I lived in Hitchcock so I'm biased. ;)
