Is case western overrating its program? I mean, people say that it's as hard as MIT, but why isn't it ranked higher then? How are the research opportunities? I understand that the population is smaller, so there is less competition, but do undergrads really get much research opportunities? How are the prospect of grad school and med school after graduating? Is it worth the really high tuition?

Case's BME is ranked something like 6th...is that really not high enough?

I, and everyone else i know that has sought research opporuntities, has found them quite quickly. That's mainly due to the med school, grad school, and university hospitals providing so much lab space.
