I was put on the waitlist and I see that a lot of other CCers were, too. So if our heart's set on Colby, what's the next step?

I'm going to piggy-back this thread: HOW DOES ONE REMAIN ON THE WAITLIST?

It says "If you wish to remain under consideration for admission to Colby, as I hope you do, please sign and return the enclosed card or use the on-line form found at www.colby.edu/classof/2015"

Can someone point me to the online form?

One common thing for many of those waitlisted is their need for financial aid.

Is it at all possible to be taken off the waitlist AND be offered FA? If so, are the odds like <10%?

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF you can be on more than one waitlist? like can i sign onto a few waitlists for different schools?

Yes, you can definitely be on more than one waitlist. You can remain on as many as you want and see what happens, and there's nothing unethical about doing that if you genuinely believe you might attend those colleges if offered a spot. Obviously, it would be considerate of others not to take up a spot on the waitlists of schools you know you wouldn't actually attend, and it would be considerate to remove your name from any lists you're on if at some point your plans become settled and you are sure you are no longer interested.

    waitlisted....also need financial aid.
i hate not being poor enough to get money from FAFSA, and not rich enough to pay all of it on our own lol :(

Does Colby consider financial aid needs when selecting from the waitlist? And would they meet 100% of need for those accepted off the waitlist?
