Currently high school senior 3.6 unweighted gpa 1600 SAT score. Over 100 hours community service , work 30 hours a week, have played hockey/lacrosse all four years of high school. Classes include all college prep (had one AP forced to drop because concussion)

How do I stand for any of these schools? Writing essay on traumatic head injury in my junior year caused vomiting everyday, loss of weight , complete life change since this sickness.
