What are my chances getting into Texas Tech?

Hello, I'm trying to get into Texas Tech and I'm wondering if I'm good enough to.
I have at least a 3.5 GPA on 4. scale. Over 150 hours of Community Service, and I also work 5 hours a week. I'm also in extraarticular activities such as soccer. I'm in Bowling club, chess club, and the Chinese club. I know 3 language Japanese, Vietnamese, and currently learning Chinese. I made a horrible score of 1150 with writing on SAT but will be retaking it soon and will be taking the ACT too. I'm interested in the Business degree. What are really my chances on % scale? and should I go to Community College first or just straight to University?
