EC activities on the Record of EC

What is the best way to arrange EC activities on the Record of EC? I know everything about the laundry list and trying to avoid it. Trying to list one sport activity with more than 7 years of involvement and then 6 school activities (clubs and teams with leadership and deep involvement). Then a part time job and a couple hours per week of volunteering. Majority of those activities started 2 years ago as a result of drastically reduced hours for a main sport activity.

List them in order of importance to you, not chronological or alphabetical. If some of your clubs were truly "meh" then omit them. They won't help you anyway

@T26E4‌ They ask to put EC record with the most current activity on top. I have 6 activities from 2013 to present. And then the sport from 2005 to present. And then the attendance of pretty high ranked conference recently.
