Apparently I submitted low(er) SAT Scores when I didn't want to?

Hello,
I was submitting my SAT 2 Subject test scores and I triple checked to make sure that only the SAT 2 scores went through. Unfortunately, I must have overlooked something and my SAT score was submitted (1900). I had already submitted my ACT score (34) and I didn't want colleges to look at the lower SAT score. Could this be detrimental to my chances? I understand that schools look at the highest scores but I feel like it would subconsciously look worse if they see a lower score... Is this something to legitimately be worried about?
